Clinical Supervision requires more than clinical expertise and a solid understanding of ethical and practical guidelines. It demands more than just strong communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback. At its core, clinical supervision is a mutual journey. A strong clinical supervisor cultivates a supportive learning environment, one that facilitates personal and professional growth, and is multiculturally orientated. I offer consultation services for clinical supervisors who are interested in exploring and enhancing this skill set.

Clinical Education also goes beyond clinical expertise. It necessitates that we create not only a supportive learning environment but also an engaging and interactive experience that fosters skill development. I offer consultation services for clinical educators who want to develop didactics and/or clinical training in IPT or IPSRT.
